Dr. Wolfgang Mörsdorf

Wolfgang holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a PhD from the University of Bonn, Germany.

He started his professional career with KPMG and subsequently joined InterFinanz in 1983.

After 10 years with InterFinanz he worked with the corporate finance divisions of two German „Mittelstand“ banks (WestLB, IKB) and with a M&A advisor in Hamburg.

He rejoined InterFinanz in 2001. At the beginning of 2012 Wolfgang was appointed as Managing Director.

Wolfgang has been responsible for advising and structuring a wide range of transactions including M&A, MBO/MBI and leveraged buyouts through all his professional career. Extensive transaction experiences in the automotive supplier industry, industrial products, consumer goods, distribution and industrial services.
