In 1999 InterFinanz founded Global M&A together with 10 partner firms. Global M&A is today one of the world’s largest organizations of independent M&A advisory companies. With 37 thoroughly selected partners Global M&A is represented in over 45 countries across 5 continents and offers wide-ranging advisory services on cross-border M&A transactions.

Since the foundation of InterFinanz more than 50 years ago many things have changed: our company as well as the market we are active in.
