We want to earn our fees
Therefore, our remuneration is predominantly success based and payable after the successful closing of the transaction.
Sell-side advisory
In sell-side engagements our fees are calculated based on the transaction value, thus, it is the selling price which determines our remuneration. Besides that, reasonable monthly retainer fees depending on the expenditure may be agreed upon.
Buy-side advisory
In buy-side advisory, our remuneration is composed of a success fee and additional time-depending retainer fees agreed upon in any particular case.
Whether buying or selling a company: our fees are predominantly success based and payable only after our advice and support have led to the successful result.
