InterFinanz was founded in 1958 by Dr h.c. Walter Scheel, Gerhard Kienbaum and Prof. Dr Dr h.c. Carl Zimmerer. However, we are not just one of the oldest, but also one of the leading independent M&A consultancies specialised in the sale and acquisition of medium-sized companies ("German Mittelstand") in Germany.
